A directory of trusted contacts: national support organisations you can talk to today, and local specialists as the verification process comes online.

Two kinds of help
Once a problem is documented and reported, the next question is usually who can actually help. This directory is built around two paths: independent support organisations who can advise on your situation right now, and local specialists who can be brought in to do the physical work, once each one has been checked.
The national organisations below are real, free and available today. The local layer, county contacts and verified specialists, is being built out carefully rather than rushed, so that a badge on this page actually means something when it appears.

Common questions
Not yet. The specialist cards on this page are examples showing how listings will look, not real businesses. Support organisations above are real and can be contacted today.
By checking registration, insurance and relevant experience before a badge is given, not by star ratings or how much someone pays. See the provider page for the full plan.
It will be built from public domain information only, such as published council contact details, rather than anything submitted or paid for.
Support organisations are always free to list. If you are a local specialist, register your interest on the provider page.
